Thanks for shopping with Burnt Soul! We’re all about giving you a smooth ride — from placing your order to unwrapping your shiny new outfit. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping, so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide! Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to help us get your order to you quickly and without delays. Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver to PO boxes.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm, Monday-Friday, are usually processed within 1 working day once payment is confirmed (unless it’s a custom piece).
Please note: during peak times or special promos, processing may take a little longer. We take weekends and bank holidays off - even superheroes need a break 😉

Keep in mind: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by things outside our control - like customs checks or wild weather.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, total order value and the destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs at the checkout before finalising your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after the package is shipped.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders customs and import duties may apply. The fees will be calculated when the parcel enters the final destination country. The purchaser will be contacted by their local customs office if a bill is raised.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout - we can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses. If you spot a mistake, get in touch with our customer support team right away so we can help fix it before your order ships.
'Returned To Sender' Orders
Postage fees are non-refundable if an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs and duties fees. You will also be liable for any fees or fines we receive for non-payment of your bills. If you still wish to receive your order, you will be charged for the additional postage.
Shipping Notifications
We will keep you informed about your order's status via email or SMS. You will receive notifications for order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking information updates.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. Please refer to individual product pages for any such restrictions.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support within 28 days of delivery and we’ll work quickly to put things right.
